This is a simply sound wave editor.

  The key assignment as follow :-

    [PSION]N    :  New File.
    [PSION]O    :  Open File.
    [PSION]S    :  Save File.
    [PSION]X    :  exit file.
    [TAB]       :  Record sound.
    [Delete]    :  Delete selected area.
    [ENTER]     :  Play Sound.
    [<-],[->]   :  Move cursor.
    [Home]      :  Move to beginning of file.
    [End]       :  Move to end of file.
    [Shift]     :  with cursor move, to select area.
    [Control]   :  Move faster.

This software is very simple, and slow.

But it is free.
